外貿(mào)業(yè)務跟單崗位職責1
【崗位職責】
1、負責與客戶的日常溝通,及時落實客戶的面輔料開發(fā),詢價,打樣,修改等需求;
2、全程跟蹤客人的訂單、生產(chǎn)、出貨、收款等情況;
3、整理及歸檔本部門的資料;
【任職要求】
1、2-3年服裝生產(chǎn)和外貿(mào)工作經(jīng)驗,有戶外運動服裝外貿(mào)跟單經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
2、熟悉從開發(fā)到出貨的整體流程,了解服裝品質(zhì);
3. ??埔陨蠈W歷,良好的英文書寫和口語能力;
4. 熟練運用辦公軟件及ERP系統(tǒng);
Job Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for the daily communication with customer, and arrange new fabric/accessories development, inquiry, sample, modification and so on.
2. Follow up the whole process including confirm order with customer, production, shipping, payment and so on.
3. Make good record for all history and files.2-3 years experience in manufacturing and foreign trade (previous experience in garment industry a plus).
Requirements:-
1. Experiences in outdoor garments as merchandiser preferred.
2. Must be able to document and follow-up on new development requests, purchase orders and sales contracts from entry to final settlement.
3. Good english is required in order to communicate clearly and concisely with customers.
4. Skilled in all Microsoft office applications and ERP.

崗位職責及要求:
1、性別不限,大專以上學歷,英語六級。
2、三年以上外貿(mào)業(yè)務工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉外貿(mào)業(yè)務跟單流程。
3、具有較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,親和力好,責任心強,悟性好,工作認真、細心。
4、 有溝通、協(xié)調(diào)及談判能力,能協(xié)調(diào)客戶及公司技術(shù)人員,控制樣品及定單生產(chǎn)進度、確保產(chǎn)品品質(zhì);
5、 能獨立操作從樣品收集、詢價、報價、接單、整理下單、品質(zhì)進度跟蹤控制、準備出貨、出貨收匯及客戶資料整理歸檔等全套業(yè)務;
