崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)樣品的跟蹤,確認(rèn),FITTNG,并給出修改意見（包括尺寸/工藝）；
2.檢查樣品,給出合理的修改意見和方案，解決樣品中結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝問題，及面輔料品質(zhì)的確認(rèn)，工藝細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計；
3.監(jiān)控整個生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量.對生產(chǎn)過程中的特發(fā)問題給予及時的處理,同時對工廠進(jìn)行評估；

Main responsibilities/主要職責(zé)和工作內(nèi)容:
1. Ensure overall product quality, fit and performance to exceed customer expectations winning customer satisfaction and business for the Company．
2. Lead Garment Technologists in servicing customer’s needs and collaborating with Sampling Operations and Manufacturing．
3. Involve in all technical matters in production and provide guidance to achieve and maintain the required quality of the product．
4. Collaborate and support the Innovation and Product Design teams to create product lines for customers
5. Lead specialized teams in developing alternative methods of product creation such as laser, ultrasonic, various forms of adhesive and bonding technology
6. Lead Fitting Technician working on customer’s fitting request, provide feedback and communicated with customer to solve fitting issue.
7. Audit and participate in manufacturing matters to ensure alignment from product design to mass production.
8. Develop and manage the system for maintenance of clear concise records of all procedures with documentation of product technical developments.

5. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)開發(fā)其他產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造方法，如激光，超聲波，各種形式的粘合劑和粘接技術(shù)
6. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)配件技術(shù)員處理客戶的配件要求，提供反饋并與客戶溝通解決配件問題。
7. 審核并參與制造事務(wù)，以確保從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計到量產(chǎn)的一致性。
8. 開發(fā)和管理系統(tǒng)，以維護(hù)清晰簡明的所有程序記錄和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)開發(fā)文件。
Requirements/任職資格：
1. Extensive management role in manufacturing, quality, design and technical development, with at least 8 years plus in roles requiring management of technical functions
2. Garment expertise required, previous exposure on multi product category is a plus
3. Extensive knowledge of garment construction with ability to organize the development of samples with Sampling Operations.
4. Involvement at all stages of product development, from the design process through to final bulk production methods, including sampling, customer approval, pre-production and first bulk production.
5. Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
6. Very strong fitting experience.
7. Very strong sewing skills of active, swim, woven, seamless.

2. 需要服裝專業(yè)知識，有多產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
3. 豐富的服裝結(jié)構(gòu)知識，能夠組織樣品開發(fā)與取樣操作。
4. 參與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的所有階段，從設(shè)計過程到最終的大批量生產(chǎn)方法，包括樣品，客戶批準(zhǔn)，生產(chǎn)前和第一次大批量生產(chǎn)。
5. 優(yōu)秀的中英文口語和書寫能力
6. 有較強(qiáng)的裝配經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
7. 非常強(qiáng)的縫紉技能活躍，游泳，編織，無縫。

崗位職責(zé)
1、根據(jù)客戶需求，找準(zhǔn)機(jī)會點(diǎn)，找各重點(diǎn)大類的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)品，基礎(chǔ)面料提升、新面料開發(fā)
2、款式面料匹配、輔料開發(fā)，面料封樣，跟蹤到經(jīng)銷定貨、自營投單
3、輔料搭配、款式樣、推檔樣、產(chǎn)前樣評審
4、與版師和技術(shù)人員溝通，跟進(jìn)和處理版型工藝等問題。
5、跟蹤當(dāng)季貨品銷售情況，分析研究市場需求，及時調(diào)整貨品結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)施拉動式投單或試投。
任職資格
1、掌握產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的流程
2、熟悉面料結(jié)構(gòu)，對面料有深刻相應(yīng)的認(rèn)知力
3、思維活躍，對時尚具有敏銳的洞察力，具有創(chuàng)新意識，能把握服飾的色彩、面料等流行趨勢
4、有一定的休閑產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商資源。
5、熟練使用CROWDRAW.PS等繪圖工具
6、具備創(chuàng)新能力,工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、吃苦耐勞、耐心細(xì)心、思維敏捷具有良好的溝通及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力；

崗位職責(zé)：
1、準(zhǔn)確按照打樣通知單及客戶意圖制版；
2、配合技術(shù)員合理簡化樣衣工藝；
3、配合生控部生產(chǎn)大貨；
4、配合樣衣組長控制樣衣質(zhì)量。

任職要求：
1、男女不限，中專以上學(xué)歷，服裝制版等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、5年以上服裝行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、掌握服裝縫制知識，熟悉各種服裝面料,輔料性能、服裝結(jié)構(gòu)知識與服裝工業(yè)制版相關(guān)知識，了解服裝工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)流程，熟練掌握繪制男裝、女裝、童裝版型；
4、良好的理解能力和溝通表達(dá)能力，能使用一般的辦公軟件，能夠熟練使用本公司服裝打版軟件和排版軟件。
